Our identity

In 1946, Émile Blanc founded a janitorial and cleaning company in Lausanne. Thanks to the growth of the construction industry in the 1960s, Blanc grew quickly and expanded its services.
After the expansion, René Blanc leaded the company with passion and commitment for many years.
At the beginning of the 1980s, the third generation of the family took over the reins of the company, and our departments were created and headed by brothers Marc-Olivier, Thierry and Philippe Blanc.

Since 2015, a fourth generation has become involved in the family saga, with Yaëlle and Guillaume Blanc working to bring the company in line with current environmental trends so we'll be able to take on any upcoming challenges with confidence.

Our philosophy

Blanc SA is a family business based on a single key value - respect for others and the environment. Our 500 employees share a common desire for detailed work and bring a wide range of certified skills.

The preservation of our planet is an issue we take very seriously, and we steadfastly protect the environment through ecological, sustainable products, all while ensuring efficient, fast, quality services.

Of course, all the services we provide are customised, so we can be flexible and adapt to the unique requirements of any assignment. Our team identifies our customers' every need, which they then fulfil with efficiency and thoroughness.

We promote an ethical integrated framework and thus oppose night work. Against that background, our employees and trainees have industry collective agreements (CCT) which ensure good working and wage conditions. The "100% pro" label likewise confirms our social and professional commitment.

In 2023, Blanc SA obtained the BCorp certification. We are proud to be part of this community and to defend social and environmental values.
